What if I’m not in? |
If your delivery address is hotel/hostel/office/holiday park: The package would be delivered to the reception/concierge desk/mail room by the delivery company for you to go and pickup on your arrival.If your address is a home/AirBnB/house address and your hire is for a portable device: The delivery company would leave a leaflet with instructions on how to collect the package from the delivery/mail/storage facility office(normally local to your delivery address) for collection with using the tracking code and a valid ID or you can visit the tracking page (tracking details that was emailed to you when it was dispatched) to request a re-delivery.
