When you subscribe to our Monthly rental service, you can end your rental any month you wish to (You are not tied down to a long contract). Then post back the device on the actual day your rental ends.
Your rental includes a “courtesy” Free return shipping label and instruction for posting the device back at the end of your rental period through any of the over 33,000 U.S Post office stores.
You can log into your online account (account created automatically for you when you order) and easily cancel your rental from there at least 3 days before your next subscription/rental payment is due.
You can also email at least 7 working days before your next subscription payment is due, and request cancellation of your subscription/rental (also let us know what month you want to end the subscription).
