If you have not received your rented device by 3PM on your start of  rental date, please first check your tracking details to find out the location.

If you don’t have the dispatch tracking code, and it is not in your junk/spam folder, you contact us immediately by replying the rental confirmation email you received after placing your order.

Yes, the end of rental date is the day you should post the device back to us.

The latest day your rented internet subscription ends, that is the day it need to be posted back to us. You can use a paid postage service from Royal mail or any postal service company of your choice.

We do not cover the cost of posting the device back. You would need to use a tracked paid shipping service to send the device to
